The fruit for this wine is hand selected from the best one tonne of fruit from the best block of Shiraz in that year on our estate vineyard in McLaren Vale. This fruit is very carefully treated in the winery to retain the intense and pure flavours of the berries. Aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 26 months, this wine is big, powerful and a true joy to share with friends and family at special events and occasions.
